As web discourse continues to evolve, we at OpenLink Software have opted to leverage discussion forums hosted by Stack Overflow and Quora (among others) for public conversations about technical issues relating to our Virtuoso Universal Server (e.g., RDF, Linked Data, Semantic Web, SPARQL, Reasoning & Inference) and our suite of Data Access Drivers (e.g., ODBC, JDBC, ADO.NET, and OLE DB).

In a nutshell, our technical staff are actively tracking and participating in technical discussions across these and other forums. Be sure to tag your posts so they show up for us!

As ever, the OpenLink Support web site, comprised of an exciting and extensive list of evolving Wiki Articles, Getting Started Guides, Animated Tutorials, FAQs, and other resources, remains available to assist evaluators and customers with all our products. The Virtuoso Users mailing list is also still active.

Users can always create an online support case to work with an OpenLink expert; naturally, holders of active support contracts will continue to receive preferential treatment here.
